This is an article in the New York Times about a farmer in Connecticut finding a new use for cow manure. After prodding by the CT Department of Agriculture the farmer decided to figure out how to make cow manure, that would otherwise pollute the watershed, into eco-friendly seedling pots.
I was interested to see a Connecticut based article in the New York Times. They're obviously neighbor states, but the fact that it was so easy to find a CT article in a NY based magazine says something to me.
